This women’s exercise bar class is extremely challenging and superbly effective. Get a new butt and thighs in 10 classes. It’s the only class ever rated 10 out of 10 by the Daily Camera. Bad backs and knees are welcome. Women only, all levels, only at Iron Yogi in Boulder, CO.

Turbo Vinyasa

A fast paced Vinyasa style yoga practice emphasizing strength, flexibility and stability. Turbo Vinyasa finds its roots not only in yoga, but corrective exercise, Feldenkrais, Somatics, Pilates and other disciplines as well. All levels, co-ed.
Women’s Group Exercise Training

How would you like to leave your workout with your body buring fat at 5-9 times its normal rate for the next 6-12 hours? This is the premise of Turbo Training. Two women recover while two women work performing high intensity, functional exercises that you won’t see in a health club. Exercises are selected, sequenced and performed not only to improve strength, functionality and human performance, but to turn each participant into a fat burning machine.
